Thermo-active adaptive building system (TAABS) is a patented technology that allows to transform building frame of any type and purpose to the main part of the climate management system that can act as controlled heat and cold accumulator.

Our technology allows to construct a building of any type with minimal cost of financial resources. At the same time, construction with the use of the new technology will significantly reduce the cost of heating and air conditioning. With TAABS it is possible to reduce power consumption for heating to 4.5 kV * hour per 1 m2, and for cooling of the building to 1.5 kV*hour per 1 m2 per month.
